Welcome to the SLCYK Network! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Minecraft server, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the SLCYK Network Minecraft server, accessing our website, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service.

Specifically, regarding our Minecraft server, you agree to:

• Respect Other Players: Treat all players with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
• No Cheating or Exploiting: Do not use any unauthorized third-party programs, modifications (hacks, clients, X-ray texture packs, etc.), or exploit any bugs or glitches within the game or server to gain an unfair advantage in Survival, Lifesteal, AI Duels, or any other game mode.
• No Spamming or Advertising: Do not spam chat, advertise other servers or websites, or engage in excessive self-promotion.
• Fair Play in Game Modes:
  • AI Duels: Play fairly and do not attempt to manipulate the AI bot's behavior through unauthorized means.
  • Lifesteal: While this mode is designed for intense action, griefing, or targeting players in an unsporting manner outside of legitimate PvP encounters is prohibited.
  • Survival: Do not grief other players' builds, steal from unprotected chests, or intentionally disrupt their gameplay experience.
• Follow Server Rules: Adhere to any specific rules posted on our website, Discord server, or within the game itself. These rules may be updated periodically.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Minecraft account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SLCYK Network and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SLCYK Network.

• User-Generated Content: By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any content on the Service, you grant SLCYK Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing license to SLCYK Network.

4. Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

SLCYK Network does not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location.
• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SLCYK Network, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of our user conduct rules, cheating, or exploiting bugs.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
